Back Scratches

Best to Cure Crying

If an axiety attack occurs in the middle of the night it might be best to just do some back scratches. It's a thing that soothes her back to sleep rather than waking her up.

Instructions:

  1. Right hand over the top of the back
  2. Scratch side to side slow
  3. Encourage breathing to stop crying
  4. Continue until asleep

Crying is common during an anxiety attack and makes it hard to breathe. Breathing exercises during back scratches is a plus to soothe her back to sleep.
